You can expect a controlled, joint-friendly yet very invigorating full-body workout. Fascia stretches and effective PILATES elements flow together perfectly. Tension can be released, creating a myofascial balance that can break cross-links.

PILATES is a training method that can help your body achieve greater balance, strength and flexibility, regardless of your age and fitness level. Special attention is paid to body awareness, breathing and activating your core muscles. Your abdomen, pelvic floor and back are strengthened. Starting from your body’s centre, the ‘powerhouse’, and taking the greatest possible care to protect your joints, your arms and legs are trained in a controlled manner and strengthened in a meaningful way.

In addition, we create lean muscle growth for aesthetic body shaping.

Experience how you will feel more flexible, upright, balanced and stronger after just this short PILATES class. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, the exercises are suitable for all fitness levels and are individually tailored.
