Our social dinner begins promptly at 6:30 p.m. in the stylish restaurant with a breathtaking view of the Alps. Beforehand, the hotel management strikes the famous gong, and the AVIVA kitchen and service team lines up to welcome the guests. Guests take their seats casually at tables for 4 to 12 people, with no assigned seating\u2014whichever way they prefer. If you\u2019d rather sit alone, no problem. It\u2019s a casual singles vacation, after all.<\/p><\/div>

Live Cooking and a Unique Buffet<\/h3><\/div>

In the center of the restaurant, guests will find a buffet where the chef prepares the best egg dishes and hot breakfast items right before their eyes. For dinner, we offer a variety of salads as well as an international cheese buffet as the sixth course, during which our AVIVA chef explains the cheese creations.<\/p><\/div>

Austrian Grill Buffet and Regional Quality<\/h3><\/div>

Every Thursday, we present an Austrian grill buffet featuring traditional delicacies. Our head chef, G\u00fcnter, and his team use primarily regional ingredients sourced from within a 50-kilometer radius, in compliance with all environmental and social standards.<\/p><\/div>

Herb Garden and Kitchen Tours<\/h3><\/div>

The herb garden, featuring 22 varieties of herbs, is right next to the restaurant\u2014guaranteeing the highest quality for your dinner. Every Wednesday, guests have the opportunity to take a kitchen tour to get a behind-the-scenes look and delve into the chef\u2019s secret recipes.<\/p><\/div>
