There is something for every taste at the AVIVA Single Hotel in Upper Austria. The unique “make friends” concept offers an environment in which you can do just that.

Green AVIVA

Protecting our environment is paramount to us at AVIVA****s make friends. As holders the Austrian Ecolabel and EU Ecolab accreditations for our environmental efforts, our guests can holiday in good conscience, knowing that they are helping to reduce the Hotel Industry's impact on nature. We have taken major steps in recent years to ensure our future as a pioneer of 'green holidays'. We strive in the future to become self-sustainable and are well on our way to achieving that. With our innovative PV system generating up to 500KWp, we can produce 70% of our own electricity - and with our rainwater cistern, we can save, filter and supply our in-house laundry to reduce our supply chains. Indeed, we champion regional produce wherever possible, with 75% of our groceries being sourced within a 50km radius of the hotel. Our guests can take advantage of our green travel options such as electric car charging points, AVIVA car pool and the AVIVA shuttle.
