A hotel exclusively for singles and solo travelers—a hotel concept unlike any other in Europe. A singles vacation guaranteed to be free of couples and children—now available for campers, too!
Even as a camper, no couples or children are allowed, making this a camping vacation exclusively for singles and solo travelers! The covered campsites under the parking lot canopy (and, upon request during the summer months, the meadow as well) right next to the hotel are ideal for campers, RVs, cars with rooftop tents, and trailers, as well as tents on the hotel’s own property right next to the forest, within walking distance of the hotel and the parking lot. This way, you can enjoy the freedom of camping, the company of like-minded people, and the amenities of a four-star superior hotel with numerous highlights—all without any disturbances.
Use our covered parking lot as a starting point for numerous excursions in the Mühlviertel and South Bohemia, for an active sports vacation, and, of course, for pure relaxation at the AVIVA Spa. But the highlight at AVIVA is meeting so many new people. Instead of camping alone, spend a wonderful vacation together with hotel guests… make friends on a camping vacation for singles. Enjoy fine dining together at the communal tables, party at the hotel’s own disco and alpine hut, and stay active with numerous sports-themed days. Combine camping and a singles vacation at the highest level in the picturesque Mühlviertel region.
Your wellness package for an unforgettable stay:
As a camper, the following services are included:
- Access on the day of arrival and departure to our 2,500 m² wellness area with a stunning view of the Alps, a wellness garden with a refreshing swimming pond, a pool bar, a beach volleyball court, as well as participation in the daily
- sports and activity program (except Sundays), and a sweet and sour afternoon snack from 2:30 to 4:00 p.m., including coffee and tea
- Breakfast buffet from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m. (extended until 11:00 a.m. on weekends): Start your day with fresh, regional delicacies and enjoy a leisurely breakfast in good company
- Dinner at 6:30 p.m.: Round off the day with a 6-course dinner shared with other hotel guests, featuring a choice of 3 main courses and a salad and cheese buffet, and make new friends. (A buffet is served every Thursday)
- Access to the hotel’s disco and alpine bar: Dance and celebrate with like-minded people and experience unforgettable evenings in good company. — Included with your campsite reservation (please note that evening attire is required)
Pitch Information:
- Please reserve your pitch before arrival.
- Caravans, RVs, cars with tent roofs, and campers up to a total height of 3.90 m. The pitches are 5 m long and 2.50 m wide, with a 90-degree parking angle. For oversized vehicles, a second parking space can be reserved.
- Paved, covered parking space under the parking lot canopy (open on the sides) right next to the hotel (on the lawn above the parking lot during the summer months, upon request)
- Tent site on the hotel grounds at the edge of the forest
- Use of the restrooms in the hotel lobby
- Use of the shower in the wellness area between 7:00 a.m. and 8:30 p.m.
- Wi-Fi included and good cell phone reception
- Trash disposal available (no gray water disposal)
- Water supply at the parking lot (not at the campsite)
- Dogs are welcome (except in the wellness area, wellness garden, restaurant, disco, and alpine hut)
- Charging station for electric cars (for a fee)
- Access to the hotel disco and alpine hut

Cost per parking space per day & person: 140,- plus local tax for stays from Sunday to Wednesday // 160,- plus local tax for stays from Thursday to Saturday
Please note! Even if you’re camping in the hotel parking lot, NO couples and NO children are allowed under any circumstances (even if no additional hotel services are booked). Check-in will be denied even with a valid parking space reservation.
