The AVIVA Hotel is unique and isn’t really a traditional hotel. No, it’s a community for like-minded people who want to spend a fantastic singles vacation together. It’s intentionally a singles trip with no couples and no children. A platform for singles—not online, but in real life—to meet people and make new friends. That’s AVIVA… it’s all about making friends!
We launched with this vision in 2007 and have had quite an eventful journey since then.
Since we opened, thousands of guests have visited us, and many have returned multiple times, becoming regulars and friends. More than 500 guests have already spent over 200 nights at Hotel AVIVA and soaked up the AVIVA vibe.

CURIOUS?
The number of nights you’ve stayed so far is saved in your guest account in the AVIVA reservation system. Your future stays, along with the number of nights, will be automatically added, and the discount will be automatically applied. You don’t have to do a thing. These benefits also apply to the many great singles offers!

The AVIVA Make Friends Club is an exclusive loyalty program for returning guests of Hotel AVIVA****s make friends. The more nights you spend at the hotel, the higher your club status becomes – and the more benefits and rewards you receive for your next stay.
As a Green Member, you receive, among other benefits:
- A welcome drink upon arrival
- Priority information about offers and promotions
- A complimentary bacon tasting with elderflower juice at our partner in Helfenberg
These benefits are available once you have completed 5 nights at AVIVA.
After 20 nights, you become an Orange Member and, in addition to the Green Member benefits, you receive:
- 10% discount on overnight stays (except during peak season and Christmas)
- 10% discount in the AVIVA Shop, including beauty products (excluding reduced-price items)
This status increases your benefits with every additional stay.
After 50 nights, you achieve Silver Member status and, in addition to all Orange Member benefits, you receive:
- Complimentary early check-in and late check-out (subject to availability)
- The AVIVA magazine delivered by post
- 10% discount on the shuttle service to and from Linz or Passau
These additional benefits make your stay even more comfortable and flexible.
After 100 nights, you achieve Gold Member status and enjoy all previous benefits plus exclusive extras, including:
- Soft cancellation – free cancellation in exchange for a voucher
- Telephone booking option
- 10% discount on massages and beauty treatments
- Priority waiting-list access for special dates such as New Year’s Eve and public holidays
- 10% discount with AVIVA Personal Coaches
- A Christmas gift when staying during the Christmas period

Yes! All nights you have spent at AVIVA since the hotel opened are recorded in the system and count towards your club status. This means your benefits automatically increase with every additional stay.
