The time for excuses is over! Now it’s time to run and how about taking part in a marathon? AVIVA will support you!
Running is the ideal balance to everyday life. After just a few sessions, you’ll be hooked on running. There are many reasons for this: running trains the heart, running strengthens the bones and reduces stress hormones, running increases lung capacity, running produces happiness hormones, running makes you younger. Running is something you have to learn to do and doing sport together is much more fun.
But running properly is also something that needs to be learned? A proper training plan increases the effectiveness of your training and after a short time, a faster pace or longer distances are no problem. And how about taking part in the next marathon? Set the big goal of completing a whole marathon…?
AVIVA Marathontraining
The AVIVA marathon training for singles with fitness coach Maximilian Karlsböck is ideal for beginners, but also running professionals, to improve their form, learn a lot of new things and train together.
The popular running trainer and health coach comes to AVIVA three times a year. Lactate testing, running analysis, training plan, workshops, individual training and lots of tips, as well as joint outdoor running sessions with a long jog with other camp participants are on the program and are ideal marathon training or running training for singles. Together with other singles in the running camp, with a group size of up to 15 people, there is no shortage of fun… and of course a table at dinner is reserved for the running group and the last running step of the day follows at the party night in the AVIVA Dance Club :-)!
The 3 running camps can be booked individually or all 3 together. The intervals between the modules are chosen so that if the training plan from the 1st module is implemented well, the training progress can already be seen in the 2nd and 3rd modules based on the lactate tests. The dates for the single running camps are in autumn and winter. This means you are well prepared for the spring marathon in your city or for the Linz Marathon.
The three running camps in October, January and May provide training in running endurance and technique-specific elements to improve everyday training units and goals. At the same time, it is year-round support through recurring performance tests and customized training planning for all performance groups.
Running vacation in the Mühlviertel
It’s not just the running camps that invite you to run! The attractive landscape of the Mühlviertel in the area around the AVIVA is ideal for trail running, long runs and short jogs. If the weather isn’t so good, modern training equipment and treadmills await you in the AVIVA Fitness Center . The AVIVA sports and activity program includes running sessions, trail running or Nordic walking sessions with AVIVA fitness trainers several times a week, or even casual sessions with the AVIVA hotel manager Christian. A joint running session on the numerous marked paths is more fun!
