Cancellation policy

For cancellations up to 30 days before the reserved date, we do not charge any cancellation fees. From 30 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the accommodation costs, and from 5 days before arrival or in case of a no-show, we charge 100% of the accommodation costs. All special offers, such as the early bird and early booking discounts, cannot be combined with other offers or discounts and cannot be cancelled free of charge (100% from the 1st day). Booking guarantee

Bookings are not possible for couples and children! Check-in is prohibited.

Price guarantee

For bookings made up to 360 days before the planned arrival date, we grant a price guarantee on the confirmed travel price.

Reservations made more than 360 days before arrival are also possible. In these cases, however, we reserve the right to adjust the travel price no later than 360 days before arrival.

If the changed travel price is not accepted, you have the right to withdraw from the contract free of charge within 14 days of receiving the updated accommodation contract.

6. Access data/server log files
The provider (or its web space provider) collects data about every access to the offer (so-called server log files). The access data includes:

Name of the website accessed, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user’s operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider.
The provider uses the log data only for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operation, security and optimization of the offer. However, the provider reserves the right to subsequently check the log data if there is reasonable suspicion of illegal use based on concrete evidence.

7. Handling of personal data

10. Integration of third-party services and content
