AVIVA yoga trainers Petra Köhler, Renate Rosenegger & Marion Wilden not only strengthen your muscles and fascia with the help of a variety of yoga exercises and units, but also create a balanced cycle of tension and relaxation. You will enjoy a new harmony of personal charisma and relaxed serenity that will make you fit again for the challenges of everyday life.
Yoga vacation in the Mühlviertel, a gently rolling landscape with a panoramic view of the Alps, whether indoors or outdoors is ideal for various yoga sessions of relaxation, dynamism and strength.
The elements from various yoga days (yoga for more life energy, yoga awakening, yoga & your fire in your heart, …) in the unique environment of the AVIVA.
All programs are designed to increase health, cheerfulness and happiness. The healing effect of yoga on the body, mind and soul is undisputed and not only brings a better physical feeling, but also promotes health and inner balance. Many of the exercises are simple and can also be practiced at home. The yoga vacation is suitable for beginners and advanced students. There are several units per day and are individually coordinated in the group. The group size is a maximum of 12 people.
The yoga days are enriched with all the amenities of the single hotel AVIVA: wellness area, sports and activity program, indoor pool, communication tables for dinner together with the other yoga participants and new friends.
In addition to the yoga sessions, there are many program items for a wonderful yoga vacation and active holiday for singles.

Breathe, feel and let go to slowly stretch the connective tissue and make it movable and mobile again.
