From boring cocktail ingredient to trendy drink, the juniper schnapps has undergone an unprecedented image transformation in a very short space of time. And yet gin has secretly enjoyed the status of a true cult drink for a long time, which even celebrities such as Winston Churchill and Humphrey Bogart appreciated. What can you expect?
- Gin tasting: Our gin tasting is a journey through the diverse flavours and botanicals that make gin so unique. From classic dry gins to modern interpretations with exotic botanicals – discover your new favourite gin.
- Distillery tour: Gain an exclusive insight behind the scenes at the Honky distillery. Learn how gin is made, from the selection of botanicals to the distillation process. Expert Helmut is happy to share his knowledge and passion for the art of gin making.
- Meet the Maker: Take the opportunity to talk to our gin makers. Find out first-hand what makes our products so special and the philosophy behind them.
- Gin cocktails: Our bartenders will conjure up creative gin cocktails for you. Be surprised by the versatility of this fine spirit and enjoy classic and innovative creations.
- Food and snacks: Your physical well-being is taken care of. Enjoy the gin fusioned dinner, which is perfectly matched to the gin selection.

The AVIVA inclusive services
- Overnight stay in a modern, south-facing multi-view room with a view of the Alps

- The price for you is valid for single occupancy, for friends for double occupancy per person.
- All prices are per person and stay and include the programme listed and all hotel inclusive services.
- The prices quoted are inclusive of VAT, plus the statutory local tax of 3.50 and a service charge of 3.50 per person per night.

Return journey around 1.30 pm. Your contribution: 15,- (duration approx. 2.5 hours incl. return journey)
