The pursuit of harmony is a natural law. Consciously listening to and absorbing the harmonious sounds of the singing bowl helps people to find their centre. The use of several singing bowls creates a sound carpet – a so-called vibration field or sound flow – which spreads through the body like waves. The sounds are picked up by the ear: In the ear, the sound waves are converted into nerve impulses and transmitted to the brain.
Passive listening and simply letting things happen make it easier for inexperienced people to switch off more quickly and achieve a relaxed state. In the phases of letting go, body and mind can free themselves from stress and life energy can flow freely again.
The more often you find yourself in such deeply relaxed and regenerative states, the faster the body’s own self-healing powers are activated.

- The price for you is valid for single occupancy, for friends for double occupancy per person.
- All prices are per person and stay and include the programme listed and all hotel inclusive services.
- The prices quoted are inclusive of VAT, plus the statutory local tax of 3.50 and a service charge of 3.50 per person per night.
- The AVIVA reservations team will be happy to answer your questions daily from 7 am to 8 pm.
You can expect a total of 4 singing bowl meditations and 4 sessions of Yoga Nidra deep relaxation– also with the singing bowl – in a relaxed atmosphere every day from Monday to Thursday. Each session lasts 30 minutes.
