A great programme to strengthen body, mind and soul. The winter season is a wonderful opportunity to focus intensively on our well-being, and AVIVA offers the perfect environment for this.
The winter days are a time of rest and regeneration, when we can focus entirely on ourselves. The programme offers a variety of activities aimed at strengthening our body, calming our mind and nourishing our soul.
One of the main attractions are the hikes in the picturesque surroundings of AVIVA. With snow-capped mountains and idyllic forests, nature here provides the perfect backdrop for relaxing walks. The fresh air and breathtaking scenery invite you to leave everyday life behind and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings. During the walks, we also have the opportunity to make new friends and socialise with like-minded people.
Yoga also plays an important role. Special yoga classes are offered to strengthen the immune system and revitalise the body. The combination of gentle movements, breathing exercises and meditation helps to calm the mind and find inner balance. Yoga is a wonderful way to take time for yourself and focus on the here and now.
Winterdays also offer a varied programme that appeals to body, mind and soul. It’s a time to treat yourself, make new friends and enjoy winter to the full. Whether we lose ourselves in nature on a hike, find inner balance with yoga or recharge our energy reserves on an active walk – the Winter Days at AVIVA offer a holistic experiencethat leaves us feeling invigorated and refreshed for the cold season.

Screenreader- und Tastatur-Navigation
