Yoga is a 5000-year-old Indian teaching that brings body and mind together. Yoga is pure resilience training.
Yoga develops physical, mental and spiritual resilience. Self-confidence, courage, balance and inner strength paired with physical fitness are the result of regular yoga practice. Flexibility, strength, self-confidence and mental abilities are also developed. Yoga helps to prevent illness and burnout, reduce stress and relax both physically and mentally.
Fascia and connective tissue play an important role in health and well-being!
Studies have shown that the intervertebral disc is only responsible for a small amount of back pain . It is assumed that the lumbar fascia, which is equipped with many nerve endings, is the cause of most back pain. In any case, Yin Yoga has been shown to have an anti-inflammatory effect on the nervous system.
Yin yoga – unlike yang yoga, active yoga – is practised statically, held for a very long time (3 – 5 minutes) and the asanas have a calming, harmonising effect and bring us back to our centre. The focus is on the connective tissue (fascia), ligaments, tendons and joints.
Yin yoga can be practised well into old age and has a great influence on our mobility and well-being.

Individual yoga therapy sessions with Renate can be booked on site. For all people with spinal and joint problems. Also for people with chronic diseases of the nervous system. Depending on the complaint, the lesson will mobilise, stabilise or strengthen. Exercises are compiled and given to do at home.

- 8.00 – 9.30 a.m. Morning yoga – Start the day with joy and energy! We mobilise, stretch, strengthen and activate the whole body
- 16.00 – 17.30 Yin Yoga – pure fascia yoga
Tuesday
- 8.00 – 9.30 a.m. Gentle morning class with breathing exercises
- We mobilise, stretch and strengthen the whole body. The breathing exercises revitalise us and fill our energy tank
- 16.00 – 17.30 Yin yoga – pure fascia yoga
Wednesday
- 8.00 – 9.30 a. m. Morning yoga in the Sivananda style
- We practise the integral yoga style of Swami Sivananda: breathing exercises (fire and alternate breathing), 12 asanas (postures) and relaxation techniques. Body, mind and soul are harmonised
- 16.00 – 17.30 Yin Yoga – pure fascia yoga
Thursday
- 8.00 – 9.30 a.m. The power of the sun salutation
- We start the day actively with the sun salutation. We use the sun salutation for variations that activate and strengthen us. A real energy booster for the whole day.
