DANCING – the workout trend!
Salsa is an excellent counterbalance to everyday life. At AVIVA, salsa dancing stands for relaxation, joie de vivre, community, sensuality, and eroticism.
This week, we will be dancing salsa, bachata, merengue, and the Aviva group dance. Salsa, bachata, and merengue are danced together in salsa discos worldwide. The Aviva group dance is a line dance that is danced together and is great fun. Dance partners are changed regularly during the course so that no one is favored or disadvantaged by a dance partner who may be stronger or weaker at the moment.
The salsa days are suitable for beginners and advanced dancers. There are several sessions per day, which are coordinated individually within the group.

During the salsa course week, salsa line dancing, Cuban salsa, bachata, merengue, and salsa line dancing are taught.
