- 10.30 a.m. Trail run to the ruins of Wittinghausen Castle in the Czech Republic. We cross the unspoilt nature of the Sumava National Park with an ascent to the ruins (around 20 km, 320 m elevation gain, 2.5 h without a stop)
- After returning, enjoy a refreshing afternoon snack and relax in the wellness area or go aqua jogging in the indoor pool

Screenreader- und Tastatur-Navigation
