For beginners, yoga offers a wonderful opportunity to gently stretch the body and learn the basics of yoga practice. Start with simple yoga exercises that connect you to your breath and improve your flexibility. Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation practice that takes you into a state between sleep and wakefulness. While lying on your back, a gentle voice accompanies you through guided meditations and visualisations. This practice promotes relaxation and the release of stress and tension. A singing bowl meditation is another wonderful way to immerse yourself in the world of yoga. Let yourself be carried away by the harmonious sounds of the singing bowls and feel your mind calm down. The sounds penetrate deep inside you and allow you to immerse yourself in a meditative state. For advanced practitioners, the Yoga Vinyasa Flow offers a dynamic and powerful practice.

Monday
- 9.30 – 10.30 a.m. Mindful morning yoga
- Do something good for your body in the morning. Start with simple movements and become aware of your breath.
- 11.30 – 12.00 a.m. Yoga Nidra deep relaxation
- During Yoga Nidra, the body and mind oscillate between relaxation and twilight sleep.
- 15.30 – 16.30 Awareness of your own body, strengthening the immune system and cardiovascular system.
Tuesday
- 8.30 – 9.15 a.m. Active awakening with the yoga sun salutation
- The sun salutation is a sequence of 12 different positions that flow smoothly into one another.
- 11.30 – 12.00 h Singing bowl meditation
- Targeted relaxation can boost your energy levels. The sounds and vibrations of the singing bowl will help you to do this.
- 15.30 – 16.30 Yoga to release tension and blockages
- Moving certain parts of the body, coming to rest and switching off releases blockages in the body.
Wednesday
- 9.30 – 10.30 a.m.Yoga Vinyasa Flow
- Flowing postures are combined with conscious breathing.
- 15.30 – 16.30 Yoga to strengthen the immune system followed by deep relaxation
- Studies suggest that yoga strengthens the body’s self-healing powers, helps against chronic inflammation and stimulates the immune system so that we fall ill less often and less severely.
- Yoga seems to be able to reduce inflammation without any side effects and at the same time reduces stress.
Thursday
- 9.30 – 10.30 a.m. Yoga meets Bodyforming
- Movements that strengthen the body down to the deep muscles.
- 11.30 – 12.00 a.m. Yoga Nidra deep relaxation
- 15.30 – 16.30 Yoga for a strong back
- Give your back and your posture your full attention.
