Running is the most natural form of movement for humans. Have you always been able to run?
Just one step after another? Have you never thought about your running technique?
Perhaps you haven’t run for a long time because your knee hurts, your back can’t keep up or other problems prevent you from going running? Running doesn’t feel like flying on light feet? Now is the time to make a change. Everyone knows how important technique is in swimming or cross-country skiing.
But few people realise that technique is even more important when running. Hardly any runners in the Western world run efficiently. Inefficient running not only makes your stride heavy and strenuous, but also puts unnatural strain on your body. It doesn’t matter whether you’re a professional athlete or a complete beginner. Virtually no one has a near-perfect running technique.
The worse your technique, the greater your potential for improvement, according to running coach Maximilian Karlsböck.
The running camp is aimed at beginners who want to start running to live healthier lives or simply lose a few pounds, as well as advanced runners who want to improve their technique or prepare intensively for a marathon. In addition to joint running and strength training, professional running coach Max provides numerous tips on running and training. The training sessions are individually tailored to the respective performance level. The running sessions always take place together and the group stays together at all times. Full details of running coach Max’s extensive experience can be found on the website www.maxfitness.at.
