Running is the most natural form of human movement. Have you always been able to walk?
Just one step after the other? Have you never thought about your running technique?
Maybe you haven’t run for a long time because your knee hurts, your back doesn’t cooperate or other problems prevent you from running? Running doesn’t feel like light-footed flying? Now is the time to make a change. Everyone knows how important technique is when swimming or cross-country skiing.
Few people realise that technique is even more important when running. Hardly any runners in the western world run efficiently. Inefficient running not only makes the stride sluggish and strenuous, it also puts unnatural strain on the body. No matter whether you are a professional athlete or a complete beginner. Virtually nobody has an almost perfect running technique.
The worse the technique, the greater the potential for improvement, according to running coach Maximilian Karlsböck.
The running camp is aimed at beginners who want to start running in order to live healthier or simply lose a few kilos and advanced runners who want to improve their technique or prepare intensively for a marathon.
In addition to joint running and strength training, there are numerous tips on running and training from professional running coach Max. The training sessions are individually tailored to the respective performance level. The running units always take place together and the group is always together thanks to a constant rotation. Full details of Max’s extensive experience as a running coach can be found on the website www.maxfitness.at.
