Everything is connected to everything else. Even in our organism. Our bones, muscles and tendons interlock like cogwheels, giving us support and balance. Almost without us consciously realising it. In most people, one cogwheel somewhere in the body does not mesh exactly with the next. Very few are in true balance. The confusing thing is that the body rarely hurts where the cause lies. It is not enemies or illnesses that need to be combated, but the consequences of imbalance.
Our aim is to improve health awareness and health promotion in your person during your stay. Illness can always arise when one of the areas – body, mind, soul and consciousness – becomes imbalanced due to stress and this has a negative impact on the immune system.
A strong and fortified immune system is better able to process and cope with a possible infection with the Covid19 virus. Any pathogenic disorder should therefore be eliminated quickly.
During your health holiday, Maximilian Karlsböck & the entire AVIVA therapy team will focus on the following aspects of health: General fitness, endurance, strength, emotions, psyche, stress management, weight management, pain patterns, learning to see clinical pictures and nutrition differently and thus harmonising health! Everyone is different, everyone’s goals are different and so the entire programme is tailored to you personally.
Your personal initial analysis:
- Introductory discussion about your current state of health, well-being and individual goals
- Definition of the general state of health based on kinesiology and a biofeedback analysis using Bio Scan, in which more than 150 body values are visualised in relation to the actual condition
- Test of muscle function throughout the body, as well as a foot analysis
- Creation of a targeted endurance and movement analysis, as well as video analysis of the running and walking stride and posture
- Building on this, a therapy plan and subsequent muscle plan for the targeted training of under- or overstrained muscle groups. The exercises are presented and practised at home. (also filmed on request)
- Creation of an individual training and endurance plan for at home, tailored to the defined goals
- Discussion of the blood count (please have this done by your GP in advance)
- Concluding discussion with the most important findings and tips for everyday life
